Description:
A fund administration analyst is needed to support the Investor Relations team. This position involves assisting with client service and operational tasks related to investor servicing.
Responsibilities:
• Review daily and monthly capital activity files from a third-party fund administrator and ensure accurate data integration into internal systems (e.g., CRM and proprietary tools).
• Coordinate investor-related workflows (e.g., subscriptions, redemptions, account maintenance) between internal teams and the fund administrator.
• Respond to inquiries from investors, advisors, and consultants with accuracy and professionalism.
• Support investor onboarding processes, including compliance documentation and coordination across stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing offering materials and completing fund-level and firm-level questionnaires.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.• 3–5 years of experience in fund administration or investor servicing/investor relations.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and understanding of cross-team operational impacts.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be a collaborative team player and solutions-oriented.
• On-site presence required in Rowayton, CT, Monday through Friday.
