This position involves assisting with client service and operational tasks related to investor servicing. Responsibilities: • Review daily and monthly capital activity files from a third-party fund administrator and ensure accurate data integration into internal systems (e.g., CRM and proprietary tools). • Coordinate investor-related workflows (e.g., subscriptions, redemptions, account maintenance) between internal teams and the fund administrator. • Respond to inquiries from investors, advisors, and consultants with accuracy and professionalism. • Support investor onboarding processes, including compliance documentation and coordination across stakeholders. • Assist in reviewing offering materials and completing fund-level and firm-level questionnaires.
