A well-established global investment firm in Fairfield County, CT (walk from train) is seeking a Client Services Associate to join its Flex SMA Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused professional with a strong operational mindset to support the delivery and growth of the firm’s Separately Managed Account (SMA) platform.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams—helping onboard new relationships, manage account activity, and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and client experience. You’ll be part of a high-performing group that sits at the intersection of client service, operations, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-touch client support for the firm’s Flex SMA platform, including onboarding new RIAs and managing ongoing account activity
• Oversee the daily contributions, withdrawals, and transfers for SMA accounts, ensuring accurate and timely execution
• Collaborate with Legal, Business Development, Portfolio Implementation, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and optimize account servicing
• Help launch new and complex SMA strategies by coordinating documentation, client communication, and operational setup
• Identify and address inefficiencies across systems and processes, driving scalable and tech-enhanced solutions
• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the operations team
