The Digital Sales & Customer Service Representative is a tech-savvy, personable, and passionate employee who delivers an exceptional online customer experience. You will help our clients find solutions, foster long-term relationships, and ensure a positive digital customer journey.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat, email, and social media to answer questions, provide support, and resolve issues efficiently
- Guide customers through our digital sales process, assist with product recommendations, and upselling where appropriate
- Proactively reach out to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the digital sales and marketing teams to refine the customer experience and meet sales goals
- Track and analyze customer feedback to improve our services continually.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
- Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize strong communication and analysis skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with client services and sales strategies will be beneficial.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities: - Prior experience in digital online sales, online customer service, or a similar role 1+ years preferred.
- Strong written communication skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for solving problems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a digital environment.
- Experience with CRM, or customer service software, is a plus.
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
