  • Collaborate with the digital sales and marketing teams to refine the customer experience and meet sales goals
  • Track and analyze customer feedback to improve our services continually.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
  • Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong communication and analysis skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
