Job Description:

Our Ridgefield, CT-based client seeks a temp to perm Spanish bilingual talent acquisition person. They will be recruiting for lower-level roles, i.e., drivers, sanitation workers, etc., for their different mid-Atlantic locations. It would be ideal if the individual had prior light industrial recruiting experience. Working on 15-28 openings at any given time, a lot of which are the same role, just different locations. The company utilizes Zip as its recruiting tool. Knowledge of Dayforce is very helpful.

• The position will be fully remote.
  
• Hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  
• Hourly rate up to $35, on perm side 75K.
  

  Requirements:

• It would be ideal if the individual had prior light industrial recruiting experience.
  
• Knowledge of Dayforce is invaluable.
  
• The position will be fully remote.
