Position Summary:
Our client`s HR team seeks an experienced, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join the team to provide high-level administrative support and to assist the team in advancing projects and other priorities. The Executive Assistant is a key member of the team and will play an integral role in ensuring successful operations and activities, tracking deliverables, and assisting with ad-hoc projects and processes. This is a great opportunity if you thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and are able to work with many stakeholders simultaneously.

Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:

  • Work directly with the Global Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Team, providing administrative support including: Managing calendars/organizing meetings; Drafting communications; Creating presentations; Booking travel; Submitting and tracking invoices; Coordinating agendas and submitting expense reports
  • Assist as needed in project planning and metrics reporting.
  • Sort and triage mail
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate Is:
  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services industry or equivalent
  • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize, make decisions & handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Open minded, and have an inquisitive perspective to identify opportunities for efficiency

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 and no more than 10 + years’ recent experience in supporting a senior executive
  • Excellent computer skills, with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficient organizer
