Job Description:

Norwalk, CT-based company, is looking to hire a temp to perm Contract Administrator.

  • Hours- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, an hour lunch
  • Corporate Casual

    The Contract Administrator Duties will include:
  • Monthly billings
  • Monitoring of all deliveries
  • Certificates of insurance for jobs
  • Tracking payments

    Requirements:

  • Must have solid experience with SAGE (accounting/job cost)
  • Must have construction industry experience
  • AIA billings and documents
  • Textura (Billings)
  • Interact with all General Contractors
  • Worked with Commercial contracts
  • Subcontractors
  • Accounts Payable
  • AIA Documents An AIA is a document that contains completed contract billing throughout the project; this document was created mainly to assist architects working on a construction project to be paid for the work completed on the project.
