Our client is looking for an IT Help Desk support person. The right candidate will show the desire to provide top level customer service to the internal employees. You must have strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Be detail oriented and have experience in being in a help desk environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide first level support to internal employees on hardware and software issues.
• Be involved in individual workstation related projects as directed.
• Additional tasks /projects as assigned by manager.
• Education and Training
• Excellent trouble shooting skills as it relates to software and hardware
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with Mac or PC
