This role is within the call center but this position will NOT have any dealings on the phone. Will be receiving information sent into the lockbox for 5-6 clients. Will open mail, process mail, enter information into an internal database, and some reporting.
This role could lead to more responsibility later, ie. responding to customer emails, etc.
- Must be organized, detailed and has excellent follow up skills.
- 20-40 hours - depending on how busy it is daily
- This position is temp to perm.
It could be office and remote combo. Probably office in the beginning and then move to remote, once trained.
