Job Description:
Our client is an Investment Firm located in Greenwich, CT (next to Greenwich Train Station).

A temporary receptionist needed to fill in for someone assisting with a project on another team.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm
Up to $25/hour
Role and Responsibilities
The company is seeking a versatile temporary receptionist, potentially transitioning to a permanent role, who is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This person must be polished and have experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Specific responsibilities will include the following:
- Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner and notifying the host of their arrival
- Answering the main phone line and directing calls as necessary
- Maintaining the reception area and preparing conference rooms for guests
" Visitor Preparation: logging guests' names in building security, ordering meals, beverage set up, etc. - Receive deliveries and notify appropriate personnel when packages/mail arrive
- Assist the Facilities Manager with inventory of supplies and restock as needed; kitchen items, office supplies
- Assist colleagues and other departments with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Skills and Requirements- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a professional office environment.
- Maturity and a high degree of professionalism
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Punctual with strong attendance history
Interview process - (2) Zoom interviews with HR and internal recruiter
- 3rd in person with the facilities manager (who the position reports to)
