Sales Assistant
Our Norwalk, CT-based client is looking to hire a
temp to perm Sales Assistant at a financial brokerage firm supports brokers and advisors by handling client service, operations, and administrative tasks, acting as the primary contact for account maintenance, processing trades, preparing documents, managing compliance, and assisting with business development, all while ensuring high client satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
Key duties include answering client calls, resolving issues, setting up new accounts, preparing correspondence, and supporting marketing efforts, with some roles requiring FINRA licenses for specific functions, such as discussing products or processing trades.
Must have experience working in financial services
Must have strong MS Office Suite and DocuSign.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Client Service: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolve account issues, handle general questions, and build strong client relationships.
Operational Support: Process trade orders, manage account maintenance, handle new account setups, verify transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Administrative Duties: Prepare and review correspondence, manage daily schedules, and handle general office tasks.
Business Development Support: Assist with marketing materials, conduct proactive outreach to prospects (phone sales), and help schedule appointments for advisors.
Compliance: Ensure all activities and records adhere to firm policies and financial regulations.
