Sales Assistant
Well-known men`s fashion apparel and accessory company with multiple brands needs a
Sales Assistant to work in their corporate office/wholesale showroom in the heart of Manhattan`s garment district. This is a Sales Assistant "Wholesale" role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare sales reports, update client records, and maintain organized documentation of all sales activities
- Support the sales team with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials for client meetings
- Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays in the showroom to showcase new arrivals and bestsellers, ensuring a visually appealing presentation for visiting clients
- Conduct regular inventory monitoring, and update stock availability to maintain optimal inventory for sales
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and accuracy in inventory records
- Review sales orders details, and coordinate with the Production and shipping teams to ensure prompt fulfillment
- Monitor and update order statuses, proactively communicating with Production any changes or delays
