Administrative Assistant

Role and Responsibilities Our client is seeking a dual role administrative assistant/compliance professional, capable of performing general and legal administrative tasks and certain compliance functions. The individual would provide support for the Firm’s Compliance Department.This position entails a broad range of responsibilities, including the following:
  • Heavy calendar, phone coverage, and filing (paper and electronic)
  • Database and document management (SharePoint, Compliance Science)
  • Personal trading review and account maintenance
  • Editing documents in Word
  • Assist with the processing of legal bills
  • Compliance-related tasks, depending on the candidate
