Vice President, Client Services
A leading investment management firm in Greenwich, CT, seeks a
Vice President to join its SMA Operations team. This role supports the firm’s Separately Managed Account (SMA) platform by providing high-touch client service, managing onboarding processes, coordinating cash flows, and driving operational improvements across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver proactive client service, including onboarding of new RIAs and ongoing support
- Manage daily contributions, withdrawals, and transfers for SMA accounts
- Coordinate documentation and communication between legal, business development, and clients
- Collaborate with portfolio implementation and engineering teams to streamline cash flow operations
- Support the launch of new, complex investment strategies
- Identify and address inefficiencies across operational workflows
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects that span multiple departments
