Our client, a boutique insurance/finance firm located in New York City and dedicated to providing ultra-high-net-worth individuals with the proper life and annuity investment opportunities, seeks to hire a
Senior Finance Manager . This position will allow the incumbent to impact the firm immediately.
The Senior Finance Manager will help guide the firm's strategic, financial, and accounting functions. This position requires a hands-on, creative professional who is interested in and able to contribute as an individual contributor and leader of the firm.
Some Responsibilities include: - Execution and oversight of Accounting Operations and development of new/better processes and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis on the firm’s financials, including revenue, profits, trends, expenses, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting.
- Assist senior management and the Founding Principal in financial planning and results management.
- Work with senior management on the strategic direction and financial planning of the firm.
- Generation of financial reports throughout the year.
- Treasury and cash flow management.
- Special projects.
