Job Description:
Role Overview
Hands-on technical role managing and evolving a Shopify Plus D2C platform for a luxury consumer products company. Combines platform configuration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, integrations, and project management to deliver a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Shopify Plus (checkout, product pages, functionality).
Implement/test/maintain integrations (payments, inventory, marketing, analytics).
Ensure luxury UX across mobile, variants, customizations, and limited runs.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize site speed/conversion, monitor performance, and validate ADA compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external developers/agencies on projects.
Conduct QA testing, maintain documentation/SOPs, and train colleagues.
Research luxury ecommerce trends (e.g., AR/VR try-on, personalization).
Requirements:
Requirements3+ years in technical ecommerce roles (fashion/retail preferred).
Hands-on Shopify Plus experience (required).
HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Liquid, Git, API integrations, Google Tag Manager.
Project management, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills
Knowledge of UX best practices, responsive design, site speed, and conversion optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, marketing, or related field.
Work Arrangement
Onsite in Norwalk, CT 4–5 days per week.
