Our software helps clients maximize business performance with specialized workflows, business processes and analytic tools that boost productivity, reduce costs, and provide key insights for better decision making.
What you`ll be doing
As a Client Success Specialist you`ll work directly with our worldwide clients to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of daily activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning and decision making. In summary you will:
" Respond to daily inquiries from clients that are using our platform.
" Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
" Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
" Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
" Provide guidance on integrating and adapting our solution to meet business requirements.
" Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.
" Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects and make recommendations.

What we`re looking for
" Bachelor`s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
" 1+ years of relevant experience working with clients in operations, customer service, project management, or related field preferable at a technology company.
" Any experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
" Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
" Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
" Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
