What you’ll be doing
As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll work directly with our worldwide clients to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of daily activities, including onboarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management, and more. You will also play a critical role by working with our engineering team, providing input and feedback to support continued product development, strategic planning, and decision-making.
In summary, you will:
Respond to daily inquiries from clients who are using our platform.
Conduct live training sessions and create self-help resources.
Help troubleshoot usability, reporting, and reconciliation issues.
Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
Provide guidance on integrating and adapting our solution to meet business requirements.
Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.
Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects and make recommendations.
Requirements:
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.1+ years of relevant experience working with clients in operations, customer service, project management, or related field, preferably at a technology company.
Any experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving are your strengths.
Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
