Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative
is a highly organized team player, able to handle multiple projects, and can work well under pressure. This role will also be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. The order entry component of the role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively contribute to the overall success of our business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

This role involves assisting our customers with order processing, addressing order inquiries, answering the phone, and responding to general questions, among other tasks. Enter order details into the system with a high level of accuracy

  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any questions or concerns
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze order data to identify trends or opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on orders or resolve any issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the order process
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Manage display requests from customers
  • Handle marketing requests from customers
  • Work on special product projects
  • Assist brand manager and sales reps
  • Proficient with Excel and working with technology
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills

    Requirements:

    Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

    Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or order processing is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
