We have partnered with a well-established and growing wealth management firm to assist them in staffing a few key positions. One important hire is that of a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supporting the firm’s leadership team in marketing, growth, and development. This includes recruiting new agents, meeting personal production goals, and helping identify target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Achieve a minimum of four new recruits annually.

  • Personal Production: Qualify for the Minimum Production Requirement (MPR) through personal sales.
  • Market Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify target markets and implement recruiting and training programs.
  • Leadership Development: Actively participate in company-sponsored leadership development initiatives to prepare for evolving responsibilities.
