Job Description:

Our client is a is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate investment firm with a nationwide presence. Their focus is on providing financing solutions for a diverse range of real estate projects.

They pride themselves on their innovative approach, commitment to excellence, and the ability to deliver tailored financial solutions to their clients' specialty real estate lender providing bridge and term loan products to residential real estate investors throughout the Country. They are led by experienced real estate finance professionals with experience in commercial and residential mortgages, structured finance, and special servicing.

Due to growth, we are supporting them with a search for an Account Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in
nationwide real estate, overseeing the process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass hands-on management of the loan process and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions. You will work closely with lenders, brokers,
correspondents, vendors, and other key players in the real estate industry, demonstrating autonomy and proficiency in handling the Company’s growing pipeline.

Position offers base, commission and an amazing benefits plan. Cash compensation can be into the six figures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Processing duties, managing the real estate loan process
from inception to closing using detailed workflows.
• Analyzing credit and background for each file to ensure their loan profile falls
within our guidelines.
• Work closely with other team members, including loan officers, underwriters,
and closing agents, to facilitate seamless communication and coordination
throughout the loan processing life cycle.
• Ordering and reviewing appraisal, title and insurance. Making sure each vendor
has the correct loan terms to ensure a smooth closing.
• Coordinating timelines with borrower’s title companies, insurance agents,
appraisers, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional
service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Understanding loan documents, mortgage processes, and loan origination
systems to effectively manage workflows.
• A two-year college degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in Loan Closing.
• Experience in Loan Processing is a plus.
• Working knowledge of real estate lending is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and Word, is required.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate
reports and documents.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic in achieving personal and company goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to peak periods of heavy workload and pressure.
