Property Manager

Job Description:

The Property Manager will have to be able to travel to all CT-based properties in Tolland, Middletown, Norwalk, Stamford, Danbury, and Greenwich.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Make sure the buildings are in good shape, the HVAC is working properly, the landscaping is in good condition, and the snowplow guys did a good job.
• Repair any minor things and call a contractor for major items.
  
• This position is on call 24/7 but working hours are typically 8 am to 4 pm Mon-Fri (but if an alarm goes off 6 am Sunday they need to respond).
