Personal Assistant

Job Description:

Our client, an investment firm with locations in Stamford CT, and Manhattan NY seeks a Temp-Perm Personal Assistant.

Investment Firm
Stamford/New York Location.
Stamford is within walking distance of Stamford train station and the New York location is on Park Ave.

Core hours: 8:30 am-5:30 pm and possible OT.
Note: Does not want a clock watcher.
The pay rate is $45-$50 an hour.
Salary range $90K-$100K plus bonus.

Requirements:

• This position will be a Jr. Personal Assistant role supporting of firm.
  
• This person should be Jr level, but at the same time mature-minded and have common sense.
  
• Founder can be demanding at times, so thick-skinned, he has no time for mistakes. Hit the ground running and be going all day.
  He is looking for a real go-getter, must-haves below.
  
• Very polished and personable, may interact with his clients.
  
• Professional and well-spoken.
  
• Travel required 5%.
  
• The owner usually works Wednesday and Thursday in the city. If someone is from Fairfield County they would provide a private car service to their Park Ave office.
  
• If someone lives in NYC, the company will provide car service to the Stamford office.
  
• Skill set- Must have strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Assist with calendar, travel arrangements, etc.
