Senior Tax Manager

Job Details:

• Lead/Manage multiple tax engagements to deliver state tax services for a diverse client base.
  
• Responsible for oversight/review for all returns conducted by staff (encompassing Corporate, S-Corp, Partnership, Trust, High Net Worth)
  
• Review complex federal/state tax returns.
  
• Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate basic knowledge of client's businesses.
  
• Work closely with Tax Partners to satisfy needs with planning compliance.
  
• Responsible for drafting memoranda and other tax correspondence
  
• Provide Clients with tax compliance, research, consulting services.
  
• Provide oversight/direction to a team of tax specialists in the delivery of tax services.
  
• Train, mentor, and provide work direction to staff.
  

  Requirements:

• CPA
  
• Public Accounting Experience
  
• Experience in at least 2 areas (Partnerships, Corporate, S-Corps, Trust, High Net Worth Individuals)
