Investor Relations Associate
Our client, a well-recognized fintech company, has created a technology platform that has transformed how advisors, wealth management firms, asset managers, and banks evaluate and recommend bespoke public and private market strategies for their high-net-worth clients. Servicing over $170B in accounts, our client continues to be the industry leader in this space.
They seek to hire an Investor Relations - Associate for their Greenwich, CT office. Depending on your group, employees work 3-4 days onsite.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Work on a team of investment professionals responsible for preparing and reviewing quarterly client reporting concerning private equity, real estate, secondary, and credit fund-of-funds/feeder funds currently under management.
o Review, digest, and extract information from the reports the underlying private equity sponsors provide and draft the relevant information to be included in the client's quarterly performance updates.
o Prepare, analyze, and review quantitative fund and portfolio company performance information for inclusion in the reports. Liaise with administrators to determine correct quantitative data for reporting purposes and be able to understand portfolio company performance and fund valuation drivers.
Requirements:2-5 years’ experience, preferably with a hedge fund, private equity, and/or real estate industry, open to recent graduates with relevant experience.
- Previous experience in report writing, investor communications, and business writing skills preferred.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and must be able to solve problems independently.
- Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of Excel with experience in the manipulation and presentation of data.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
