Job Description:

Our client, one of the fastest growing FinTech/Investment firms in the country, seeks to hire a Revenue Control Associate or Assistant Vice President for their Greenwich, CT office.

This role will involve accounting and reporting responsibilities for various teams, month-end close duties, accounts receivable and payable tasks, treasury management, financial reporting consolidations and eliminations, and ad hoc projects and analyses.

This client is on-site 4 days a week and 1 day a week working remotely (this day can either be Thursday or Friday). Additionally, each employee receives 4 weeks of optional remote work – this must be taken in 1-week increments and cannot be consecutive weeks. They will also be working remotely in the last week of the year. This position will include a base salary, bonus, and equity.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Manage revenue calculations and controls for several product lines, including alternative investments, structured investments, and technology solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy of monthly and quarterly revenue estimates and calculations and perform analysis of month-over-month and expected actual variances.
  • Partner with FP&A and strategy team on revenue forecasts, key metrics, and performance against expectations.
  • Driving efficiency and automation of revenue calculations and invoicing processes.


  • BS/BA and 4+ years of corporate accounting/public accounting experience within the financial services industry
  • Outstanding financial analysis skills and understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP reporting.
  • Experience with treasury management, accounts receivable and payable, and cash reconciliations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to coordinate across teams and departments to complete projects
