Billing Office Assistant/Bookkeeper
Job Description:
Norwalk, CT-based company looking to hire a Temp to Perm - Billing Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to Assist the CFO and Controller.
Duties will include monthly billings, monitoring of all deliveries, certificates of insurance for jobs, and tracking payments.
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with Sage 300
- Must have bookkeeping experience.
- MS Office Suite
- AIA billings and documents
- Textura (Billings)
- Interact with all General Contractors
- Worked with Commercial contracts.
- Subcontractors
- Accounts Payable
- AIA Documents An AIA is a document that contains completed contract billing throughout the project; this document was created mainly to assist architects working on a construction project to be paid for the work completed on the project-
- Certified payroll
- Understands Billing/Insurance and closeouts.
