Billing Office Assistant/Bookkeeper

Job Description:

Norwalk, CT-based company looking to hire a Temp to Perm - Billing Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to Assist the CFO and Controller.

Duties will include monthly billings, monitoring of all deliveries, certificates of insurance for jobs, and tracking payments.

Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with Sage 300
  • Must have bookkeeping experience.
  • MS Office Suite
  • AIA billings and documents
  • Textura (Billings)
  • Interact with all General Contractors
  • Worked with Commercial contracts.
  • Subcontractors
  • Accounts Payable
  • AIA Documents An AIA is a document that contains completed contract billing throughout the project; this document was created mainly to assist architects working on a construction project to be paid for the work completed on the project-
  • Certified payroll
  • Understands Billing/Insurance and closeouts.
