Norwalk Company Seeks Several CSR
Several Call Center Representatives Openings
7 am-3 pm or 3 pm-11 pm Norwalk, CT
7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm Trumbull, CT
Must be available to work either Saturdays or Sunday, plus 4 days during the week
This opportunity is a customer service-oriented role in a call center; it is temp-to-perm. Candidates must be well-spoken, eager to learn, and committed to the position and hours!
The call center is open 24/7 call center, and they specialize in the following:
ACD (Automated Call Distributor) powered call-routing
Computerized message documentation
Fax/email delivery of messages
Voice mail services
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing a customized response to the callers of each client’s businesses.
- You will create and carry out individual calls, handling the protocols specifically designed to meet the requests for assistance callers make to client businesses.
- You will answer questions, assist callers, and take messages based on their needs/business inquiries.
- You will be doing data entry as well.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday, plus 4 days during the week.
- Candidates must be well-spoken, eager to learn, and committed to the position and hours!
- Please be sure that you are comfortable taking inbound calls and assisting callers.
