Job Description:

Our client, a Vernon, CT-based company is expanding and seeking an Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join their team!

The Inside/Outside Sales Representative is responsible for expanding and covering our United States dealer market.

You will have the opportunity to conduct live Teams/Zoom demonstrations of the tool line and face-to-face interactions at the client location with both potential and existing customers…providing hands-on demonstrations of company products.

The consumable line will be the focus of sales throughout our current and new potential dealer network.


  • Large Base Pay at $52k plus commission - The Sky is the limit here - No CAP. $80k – $200k+/yr for OTE.

    Key Responsibilities include
  • Adhere to the company selling process so it reflects the needs of the customer’s personality style.
  • Builds a quality commission sale that adheres to the customer’s needs while driving company revenue growth.
  • The ability to teach and present over Teams/Zoom.
  • Experience building and maintaining a client base through new business opportunities, expanding existing client revenue
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen, empathize, build trust, and establish rapport.
  • Self-Starter with the ability and drive to continuously learn new skills and the flexibility to adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Possess a high level of energy and a positive upbeat attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the Landscape / Hardscape market is a plus.
  • Attend all dealer days and all trade shows.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital space, video including Zoom, search engines, and how to navigate through them.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

The ability to travel up to 50% of the time to maximize the sales opportunity.
The ability to lift 75+ pounds and be able to stand for long periods.
The ability to lift and carry products for demonstrations.
