Greenwich, CT-based financial company looking to hire a Part-Time temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant.
3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Hours 8 am-5 pm, with 1-hour lunch.
Start ASAP-long term temp.
Pay $20-25 hourly.
The Part-Time temporary Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Taking over the ordering of supplies, stocking, and managing both the kitchen and Mailroom.
- Also answering phones, handling emails and ad-hoc projects, assisting with booking travel arrangements, calendaring/scheduling events, update info into the system.
- The candidate will also assist with expenses working within Concur System.
- Must have strong MS Office Suite.
- No PowerPoint.
- Will need strong scheduling experience within Outlook.
- The client wants a candidate that has the attitude no job is too small or too big.
