The client wants a dedicated, professional sales representative to support outreach and business development for their Adult Center and Homecare Agency.
Ideally, the candidates should also have some healthcare background, though that's not mandatory. The main priority is strong, extensive sales experience, as the client will not provide training.

Position Summary
- Part-time Sales Representative
- Location: Must reside in Norwalk, CT
- Schedule:
o Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (fully remote)
o 8 hours/day = 24 hours/week
o Start Date: October 27th
Pay rate up to $25 - Transportation: Must have a car. Mileage included; candidate must have reliable transportation and will travel within Norwalk, Darien, and Wilton
- Technology: No cell phone or laptop will be provided. Candidate will be given a company email and must manage tasks via personal device. So must have their own laptop.

Main Responsibilities
1. Field Visits (Primary Focus):
o Target categories (ranked in priority): - Churches
- Independent Living Facilities
- Nursing/Rehabilitation Centers
- Doctor's Offices
- Physical Therapy Clinics
- Hospitals (including Sylvia Hill Hospital)
- Senior Centers
- Assisted Living Facilities (lowest priority)
o Visit and network with a minimum of 8-10 locations per day
o Collect business cards, take photos of cards, record name, title, facility name, contact details
o Leave brochures, introduce services, explain benefits of partnership/referrals
2. Follow-Up & Communication:
o Send follow-up emails for each visit
o CC the client and assistant on all communications
o Include short summary of conversation in email
3. Phone Outreach (Secondary Focus):
o Make 10-15 follow-up or cold calls per day
o Calls should be documented (contact name, facility, time, notes)
4. Tracking & Accountability:
o Maintain a shared contact spreadsheet: - Name, Title, Business Name, Category, Contact Info, Visit Date, Notes
o Daily check-ins via email
o Submit weekly progress report on Friday with number of: - Site visits completed
- Contacts made
- Brochures distributed
- Follow-up emails sent
- New leads/prospects added

Success Metrics (Weekly Goals): - 24 facilities visited minimum
- 30-45 phone calls
- 100% follow-up email rate
- Maintain professional appearance and represent the brand with integrity
Requirements:
Recruitment Needs - Must have healthcare or senior services sales experience
- Located in or near Norwalk, CT
- Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout Fairfield County
- Able to track results, follow up, and document all outreach
- Must have a reliable vehicle and personal cell phone/email access
