Sales Manager

Job Description:

We have partnered with a well established and growing wealth management firm to help them staff a few key positions. One impoertnat hire is that of a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supporting the firm's leadership team in marketing, growth, and development. This includes recruiting new agents, meeting personal production goals, and assisting in identifying target markets.



Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Achieve a minimum of four new recruits annually.
• Personal Production: Qualify for the Minimum Production Requirement (MPR) through personal sales.
• Market Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify target markets and implement recruiting and training programs.
• Leadership Development: Actively participate in company-sponsored leadership development initiatives to prepare for evolving responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Education: College degree or equivalent work experience; professional designations are a plus
• 2–3 years in insurance sales, including field management or agency distribution systems
• Experience as a Producer and Group Leader, with a current team or the potential to build one
• FINRA registration is required
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships, a commitment to developing others, and excellent organizational skills
