Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Our client in Westport, CT, is looking to hire a temp to perm Administrative Assistant.

Flexible hours PT or FT hours

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate company activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Handle various forms of correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain smooth front office operations.
Assist the sales team in setting up client accounts.
Perform general bookkeeping tasks. (Expense reports, payroll...)
Fulfill client requests promptly and efficiently.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives.
