Job Description:

NYC, fully remote opportunity!

This is a unique Account Management role where you will work with Car Wash Owner / Operators to assist in selling their Car Wash(es); as well as communicating with potential buyers. This role will consist of soft sales, account management, effective customer service, and administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to do meaningful work with tons of upside with the opportunity to grow your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate and secure potential / new clients to sell their wash
  • Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Manage relationships with all assigned clients / potential clients
  • Ability to present information on clients location(s) to the client and potential buyers
  • Coordinate and communicate per engagement / post engagement processes
  • Take projects from initial outreach to completion quickly
  • Manage multiple relationships at once and provide quality customer service
  • Grow knowledge about the industry, ability to work outside comfort zone
  • Work cross-functionally with entire team and clients

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor`s degree required, preferably in a business administration, Real Estate, Communications
  • Superior Sales /Customer Services skills,
  • Organizational / Communication skills, and Critical Thinking skills
  • A strong understanding of basic account management skills
  • Commercial Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred)
  • Start-up experience (Preferred)
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and on a small close-knit team
  • Strong teammate that works well with various functions across the organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Desire and drive to take on increased responsibility and grow career quickly
  • Microsoft excel skills (at least intermediate)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint Skills (at least intermediate)
