Our recruiting staff will interview and evaluate top prospective candidates in a deep-dive interview that steps through their career history. Those who are not a fit are closed out.
To further qualify candidates, we offer assessment testing for the most popular office applications including the MS Office product line, QuickBooks Pro and Peachtree Accounting. These assessments can range from basic to advanced levels. Those who meet the client’s requirements will be considered for a personal interview.
We will send you only those candidates which meet the skills, level of qualification and fit with your organization. After all interviews we debrief both the company and the candidate, and provide immediate and value added feedback to the client.
