Job Description:

Our client, who offers a tremendous company culture and welcoming work environment, is currently seeking a receptionist to perform general administrative duties!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Open, sort and route incoming mail
  • General office maintenance associated with landlord
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for management team
  • FedEx/UPS mailing and approve invoices for shipments
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain postage machine, copier and fax machines and make service calls as needed
  • Coordinate corporate functions including setting up for meetings, ordering lunch, coffee, etc.
  • Assist with coordination of sale smeetings
  • Kitchen/lunch room organization and ordering supplies for kitchen
  • Special projects as needed
  • Invoicing
  • Sorting and mailing of customer invoices
  • Filing
  • Log all customer/broker sample requests on Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
  • File preparation for purchase orders
