Job Description:

Our client, a leading financial services firm located in Greenwich, CT, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to several Senior Managing Directors and the company`s Chief Credit Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, mature and friendly candidate with between five and 10 years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level senior executives. An ideal candidate for this role must be flexible and team-oriented in addition to being able to handle an extremely fast-paced environment.


  • Perform administrative functions, including but not limited to, heavy calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international), scheduling meetings (domestic and international) and expense reporting in addition to organizing and managing company filing system
  • Manage team communications, including routing phone calls and emails while also coordinating conference calls as needed
  • Assist with planning and coordination meetings or conferences
  • Process various correspondence, letters, memos, etc.
  • Update and maintain relevant contact information

  • Must have at least 5-to-10 years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level senior executives
  • Bachelor`s degree required
  • Previous experience with coordinating travel arrangements (both international and domestic) a must
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
