Job Description:

Shelton, CT based Call Center is looking to hire 5-10 Customer Service Representative/Order Entry candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls in refence to customers ordering items
  • Placing orders received by telephone using the company website
  • Every screen has a script for them to read to allow the call to follow smoothly
  • Processing requests received by telephone from customers to be removed from our mailing list
  • Using our order tracking feature on our website to answer order status inquiries
  • Transferring all customer service-related calls to our in house Customer Service department

Requirements:

  • Must have Customer service experience
  • Must be open to working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
