5. Research online - know where to find information. Understanding what a primary source and a secondary source are.

10. Honest and ethical
11. One/two years of experience out of college.
Requirements:
- BS Degree
- A high GPA from a good school.
- Majored in - Communications, English, or Finance with solid writing skills.
- Have a sense of humor.
